The service
TextAlerts.ai routes events from your connected apps and AI agents into SMS alerts and maps your replies back to actions. You’re responsible for the rules you configure and the actions you approve by reply.
SMS costs & delivery
- SMS credits are metered per plan. We do not offer unlimited SMS; overages are billed per message.
- Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. SMS delivery depends on carriers and is not guaranteed to be instant.
Opt-out
You can stop SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. We’ll continue to provide web and email alerts unless you close your account.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use TextAlerts.ai to send unsolicited marketing or spam. It is an inbound escalation tool for your own operations, not an outbound messaging platform.
- Don’t use it for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt the service or access data that isn’t yours.
Beta limitations
TextAlerts.ai is in private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed; availability is not guaranteed; and the service is provided “as is” without warranties during this period. Don’t rely on it as your sole safeguard for business-critical events while in beta.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TKC Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed or delayed alerts.
