The loop
- An event arrives from a connected app or agent.
- TextAlerts.ai scores its urgency by source, impact, and your rules.
- If it clears the bar, a concise SMS alert is generated with context.
- You reply with a number or command.
- The mapped action runs and the audit log updates.
Reply commands
Every alert offers a subset of these, depending on the rule:
- approve — proceed with the recommended action.
- reject — decline; nothing happens.
- assign — hand off to a teammate.
- snooze — defer and re-alert later.
- escalate — push to a higher-priority channel or person.
- custom — trigger a workflow you’ve defined.
Alert rules
Each rule defines a source, a trigger, an urgency level, whether SMS is enabled, and which replies are allowed. You can scope rules per integration or per agent.
Status & opt-out
